Using the Amazon Signage Stick with Screenly

Hardware Required

Amazon Signage Stick

Device Set Up

  1. Unbox your Amazon Signage Stick (Stick), along with all accessories included in the box.
  2. Connect your Stick to the HDMI port on your display.
  3. Connect the power cable to the Micro-USB port of the Stick, and plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
  4. Ensure your TV is powered on, and on the correct HDMI input.
  5. On the remote that came with your Stick, press and hold the home button for 10-15 seconds, then press the start button.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup (language selection, wireless network configuration).
  7. Once the initial setup is complete, you will see a pairing code on your display. You can now log in to your Amazon Signage console. home screen.png
  8. Click the blue + Add Stick button, and enter your pairing code. Once you see the "pairing successful" message, click the blue Next button. Amazon pair successful.png
  9. Type Screenly in the CMS Provider search box, select Screenly from the list, then click Next. search screenly.png
  10. On the Review screen, select the Add Stick button. You should now see a message that your Stick is completing setup, and you can begin setting up additional Sticks or go to your home screen. review and add screen.pngpairing done.png
  11. On your display, this should now be showing a Screenly PIN code that you will use to pair your device.
  12. Log in to your Screenly account, click the + New button in the top right corner, and enter the PIN and name of your screen. Click on Connect once finished.add Screen screenly.png
  13. That's it! You can now use Screenly to manage and display content on your Amazon Signage Stick.
