You may cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time within your Screenly dashboard. The cancellation will come into effect at the end of your billing cycle. Note that we do not provide refunds for unused time when you cancel your subscription on a monthly or annual plan.
- Click Settings, then navigate to the Billing & Invoices subsection of your account settings.
- Next, click Cancel, and then confirm the action by clicking Cancel Subscription.
If you fail to cancel your plan before renewal, we extend a grace period of up to three days for a monthly plan and seven days for an annual plan after the renewal. If you are eligible for this, please open a support ticket.
