This error indicates that your player is unable to successfully connect to a few key resources from our network requirements. These resources include:
Common scenarios that can cause this error include the following:
- The resource (URL) is blocked on your firewall.
- The resource (URL) is unreachable or unavailable.
- A DNS misconfiguration with your manual network file (YAML).
- The Screenly Player is assigned to the wrong VLAN.
If the issue persists after a few minutes, and you have confirmed all requirements are set up properly, please try power cycling your player (disconnect the power from it for 20-30 seconds).
