This error indicates an issue reaching one or more resources (URLs) required by our OS provider (Canonical). Common scenarios that can cause this error include the following:
- The network requirements are not properly whitelisted.
- The Screenly Player is assigned to the wrong VLAN.
- The resource (URL) is unreachable or temporarily unavailable.
If the issue persists after a few minutes, and you have confirmed all requirements are set up properly, please try power cycling your player (disconnect the power from it for 20-30 seconds).
