This error indicates an issue establishing a connection over your wireless network. Common scenarios that can cause this error include the following:
- The wireless password you entered was incorrect.
- The SSID you entered was incorrect.
- The SSID you entered could not be found.
- The frequency of the network is not supported.
- The Screenly Player needs to be whitelisted on your network.
- The wireless access point isn't reachable.
Several network connection errors typically happen when manually setting up a network configuration file (YAML) through our WiFi & Advanced Network Setup wizard. For the best experience, we suggest using a USB keyboard to set up your wireless network. With this method, you can select the correct network from a list of available SSIDs, eliminating the need to manually type it out.
