This error indicates an issue establishing a link or IP address on your wired network connection. Common scenarios that can cause this error include the following:
- The ethernet cable was unplugged from the port on the Screenly Player.
- The ethernet cable was unplugged from the port on the network jack, switch or modem.
- The ethernet cable isn't fully seated in the ports on either end (partially inserted).
- The Screenly Player needs to be whitelisted on your network.
- The switch port where the Screenly Player is connected is assigned to the wrong VLAN.
