With Screenly, users can organize their content into playlists. Users can then schedule these playlists to play at specific times on each screen.
To create a playlists, click the "Playlists" tab on the left-hand side of the Screenly Dashboard. On the next page that loads, click the "+ New Playlists" button on the top right of the screen.
In the next page, you can provide a unique name for your playlist. To the right of the name box, you can enter the name of each screen where you want your playlist to show.
In the "Schedule" section, users can set the time that each playlists starts and ends. Users can set their playlist to display on a single day, and users also have the option to have their playlist play at a set time on multiple days. With the Screenly's playlist scheduling capabilities, users can set complicated content schedules for their digital signs with ease.
In the "Content" section, users can add images, videos, and web pages to their playlist. Once content is uploaded to the user's Screenly account, the user can add this content to a playlist by clicking the "+ Add" button on the bottom left of the playlist settings screen.
When a user is done editing their playlist, the user must click the "Save" button on the bottom right of the screen. Note that a user can edit a playlist's schedule, content, and associated screens at anytime.
