The current maximum duration that you can manually set for a slide is 1hr (3600 seconds). Video content (mp4, etc) will be defaulted to the actual length of the video, and can not be modified.
If you do not see a duration set for your video in your playlist, this can cause an issue. Please delete the video from your account, then try uploading it again.
