There are two main costs associated with running a Screenly account.
-
One-off hardware cost: You need one media player for each TV screen you want to control. Screenly players are compatible with any TV that has HDMI input functionality. You can learn more about Screenly media players and pricing here. With Screenly Anywhere, smart TV users can display and manage their digital signage content without needing a hardware media player.
- Software license subscription cost: Each Screenly player (or Screenly Anywhere instance) requires one screen license on a monthly or annual subscription basis. For instance, if you have ten media players connected to ten TV screens, you will be billed for ten licenses either monthly or annually. The total amount billed depends on your chosen Screenly plan. A Screenly plan gives you access to the Screenly web interface, allowing you to manage content and users, control your screens, and monitor their health. Your Screenly plan determines the features available within your Screenly account. Note that you can have as many screens, playlists, and content as you need on any of the plans.
