Notifications for screens coming back online
This notification type triggers within seconds or minutes of a screen regaining connectivity. Please see the example below.
Notifications for screens going offline
This notification type triggers after approximately 4 hours of a screen being offline and unreachable.
Notifications for screens going out of sync
This notification triggers when screens may not be showing the most up-to-date content or following the most recently saved schedules.
How to manage your notifications
To learn how to manage your notifications, check out the steps below.
Log in to your online Screenly account. Click on the Settings tab on the left-side menu.
Click on the Notifications tab in the new screen that loads.
On the next screen that loads, you can select which notifications you would like to receive. To finish, click Save.
