Yes, you can. The easiest way is to simply use the Screenly Configuration Wizard to generate a custom network.ini file.
You can do this by using the same method used to setup a Static IP.
Alternatively, you can manually generate your network.ini file with content similar to what is shown below:
[eth0] mode=dhcp [generic] ntp=0.pool.ntp.org,1.pool.ntp.org
