Yes, but it isn’t enabled by default. To enable SSL, simply run the following command:
$ cd ~/screenly $ git pull $ ./bin/enable_ssl.sh
This will change the app server from listening on port 8080 to 443 (and use a self-signed certificate). To improve the security (and to prevent Man-in-the-Middle attacks), you might want to replace the certificates (/etc/ssl/screenly.crt and /etc/ssl/screenly.key).
